    Problem with ZTE MF 627

    Dear support,

    today i tried to unlock my mf627, i recived this error:

    DC - Unlocker 2 Client 1.00.0348

    unlock failed !

    (error code 21)


    Please help me!!!

    Did you close the connection manager before detect the modem? Is there any sim card inside?

      I closed connection manager before detect modem

      There is a SIM of another operator inside.

      Should I put the sim the same operator operator of the modem inside?

        No keep the different sim inside.Go to device manager and check the modem and com drivers.

          Do you use autodetect function when detecting modem?

            If I use the autodetect function not find the modem, if I select the type of modem and select the com applicantion I find the modem,

            In the device manager there is modem

              Could you check, if you had tryed everything described there?
