Zte mf636 unlocked ok...but still sim not valid

Can someone help me out here. i used my last 10credit login to unlock my zte mf636 but at first with a non valid sim the server says :
DC - Unlocker 2 Client 1.00.0309

SIM Lock status : Unknown (Invalid SIM lock data)

then i tried it without sim and got this:

but yet and still sim is not valid when i put a sim. once there is an invalid sim, dc client's unlock button is not clickable. now they took my 10credits. please can someone tell them to send it back. where am i supposed to request my credit back?

i've downloaded it but still says insert correct sim.
please someone tell me how to get my credits back from dc-unlockers. The modem is still locked.

Could you copy here what you receive after you detect modem with not original sim inserted?

Ok dont worry.Please detect your modem using DC Unlocker and post the results here or you can contact us by live chat.

With sim inserted:

For correct ZTE modem detection, please plug modem with invalid operator SIM inserted. Wait till software starts the modem, close ZTE software and then you can detect modem with DC-Unlocker.

I used both 2G and 3G sims. same old same. the modem is fron bigpond wireless australia.

This modem is supported and unlock should work. As can be seen here, modem is unlocked.
