unlock option greyed out, have credit have detected mf190

Sorry I searched threads for similar problem but can't find solution for me. I have 7 credits to unlock mf190 and unlocker detects modem but on unlocking tab the unlock option is greyed out not available. Live chat off. Any tips most welcome
