  • AC30 problem

I successfully unlocked my Tata DoCoMo AC30 Wifi hub using DC.
I am able to use other service providers GSM sim cards now.
The problem is that now I cannot use the Tata EVDO/CDMA Sim which was provided with the product.
I think that the problem can be solve by entering the right APN (which is possible) and the right dialing number (#777) as specified by TATA. Unfortunately I cannot find where to enter this.
    Please help.
Worse case I would like to reset my product back to original Tata settings which allowed me to change between the tata GSM and the EVDO/CDMA sim effortlessly without changing any settings.

DC-unlocker unlocks only gsm side of the modem. You can do reset. Resetting your modem should not effect unlock.

Thanks but I did try resetting. All it does is delete my newly saved APN profiles.
What I really need is to insert the dialing no. #777 for this.
Default is *99# for all other GSM operators and I suppose this is built in without an editing option.

Can you help me to insert this dial no. -#777.
Or else is there some way I can go back to my original state before unlocking.

You can set dial number by doing this:
-Open Device manager, Find your modem, right click on it and select Properties.
-Click on Advanced tab, type there +CGDCONT=...”XXXXXXXXXX” and click OK, here XXXXXXXX means your APN (APN Access point name). If you do not know your access point then you need contact your service provider to know it.
-Now proceed like this, Start > control panel > Network and Internet > Network and Sharing Center.
-When you go Network and Sharing Center click on “Set up a new connection or network" icon.
-In new opened window click "set up a dial up connection" then click Next button.
-In the next window you need to type information from your service provider (ISP).
-You type #777 as your dial up number. Then you click Next button for establish your dial up connection.

-If a network connection already exists in your computer, then you go to Start > control panel > Network and Internet > Network and Sharing Center.
-Click connect to a network, then you chose your connection and press Connect button.

Let us know if it helped out.
