What windows OS you have? If you have Vista, 7 or greater try to run dc-unlocker as administrator. Does the pc recognizes your device that you want to detect/unlock? Let me know if it helped out.

Do you see modem under modems and ports sections in device manager?

No, it is defined as a network card

All drivers related to it installed? Maybe there is a software to install along with the device?

If you see your modem in my computer, hove mouse over it, right click on it, select eject, then your device maybe will appear differently in device manager and you'll be able to detect it.

I checked for windows xp, also does not work, it does not define the program.

the computer sees the modem, but the program does not see the modem
