MF627 unlock fail - AUS 3

Hi,Dc-unlocker

I have a MF627 modem provided by Three-AUS.
I bought credits and tried to unlock it but fail.
The log shows below:

I tried to find its diagnostic port via Auto detect function at the first time but not working. So, I found the ports from device manager.




I set application and diagnostic port as COM1 and COM2, but I got error code 21. I exchanged the port number as well but still doesn't work!

I have tried on another PCs and installed different version of ZTE driver. How should I do now?

Could you check, if you had tryed everything described there?
