zte dashboard flashing

I have unlocked many modems but would like to learn how to falsh a new dashboard on a zte modem (i have an unlocking dongle) are there any step by step instructions I could read ? Thanks

Hi, after dashboard upgrade, each time I connect vodafone k3565-z it ask me for a driver that I not found anywere (sub-folder dc-unlocker, etc,etc).
It ask to install "ZTE CDMA Techonologies MSM" driver, but not found.
After three-four times I close driver installation request, a popup appair in the bottom right-corner advise me that hardware is not correctly installed.
Software management "Join Air" work well.
Any info on this driver?

Yes do not extract the downloaded file.Use as it is (rar).

i make iso format with poweriso program then i write it
