    Thank you...
    I used the dongle ID and it worked...

    But I was not able to unlock ZTE K3770-z, when unlocking it is showing "changing the modem to download mode", after that getting pop-up saying "modem not found"

    Could you plz help?

    Sure all modem drivers are installed? Maybe modem software or any process not closed?
