Hi,
As I said, I was able to unlock one modem K3770-Z IMEI 911133703718277. But the other one will not unlock. The modem is not detected as K3770-Z, it is detected as MF186. But I am sure the model is the same one and is written K3770-Z on the back side. I think the customer who gave this to unlock might have flashed the firmware. Below is the detection details from software
