    Hallo,
I know looking around on internet and also dc_unlocker says thta this usb internet key is not operator locked.
So, I don't need to flash the key, do I?
Somehow I can't connect with different sim, how can I connect if it is not locked?
    Thanks

Ws there not original sim inserted when you were detecting modem? If there was not original sim inserted, then modem is not locked. Check, what connection software you are using. Is it branded (customized by provider)? If sop, then you need to use unbrnaded connection software. You can download it here: http://www.dc-unlocker.com/downloads/open/46
Install this software, enter your new provider connection settings and try to connect.

I didn't understand what you mean, can you explain please?

It is a Vodafone branded software and if I inserted a Wind sim (the one I'd like to use) it says "insert the right sim".

I tried the program you linked to me. After installation I choose manual networking configuration and once found the network I use I select it and the program says network registration succesful but when I click on connect it says not service.

        If you could help.

              Hi Slycarter,

I've just unlocked a ZTE K3765-Z from Vodafone, and I don't find software to use it.
I tried with the one that Vincentas linked, but I didn't manage... but I am not an expert...
Could you please explain me how did you manage with that software?
I don't know how the .ini files work...

Thank you very much in advance!!

                  Hi Vincentas,

finally I managed with the ZTE software!! It's a little slow, and it doesn't have statistics, but it works!!

As the other user said, I had to call to the company of the SIM (Simyo) and ask for the settings of the connection. Then, config the Config file, in the Network Settings option (Tools) and that's all!!

The only thing is that as I have uninstall the Vodafone software (which is in the modem) it tries to install it everytime I connect the modem. I can't delete this software.
Do you know how to avoid this?

Thank you very much for your help!!

What did you do to modem so it does not get recognized by computer? Did you try to change firmware? Or dashboard? Or something else?
