Access support area from programs help tab. Navigate to firmware folder for zte icera devices, there is another folder for k3770-z, when you enter it click on decustomize, there is the file you need to download and write to your device by using this software - https://www.dc-unlocker.com/forum/sh...ad.php?t=19187

Please click on decustomize like mentioned earlier, there is only 1 file loacted there.
