Help: Dashboard write breaks USB mass storage device on MF622+

I managed to unlock my MF622+ using dc-unlocker without any problems. I then download the windows/osx dashboard available on this site to flash onto my modem. However after a successful flash the device can no longer be read as a USB mass storage device for installing the software onto a computer. Reverting back to the original firmware then fixes this again (good thing I made a backup).

Anyhow, is this a problem with the dashboard provided here or is there some setting that I am not aware of?

Usually it works. We have tested it here. Few users told that it happened, but as we were testing here everything worked good. We need such modem to have here to see what happens and where is the problem.

I have the same problem with a zte MF628 from france.
I made a backup of the stick and installed Dashboard_Windows_generic.iso
after the flash process the stick only connect as CD-ROM.

I fixed it with my backup.But the customer want to have the english original firmware.
Do yo have a solution for this problem?

I'm having exactly same problem with my ZTE MF622 form ''3'' UK there must be something wrong with the iso files as I tried both mac and non mac version. After uploading your dashboard usb mass storage is visible as empty cd drive which can't be read.... I can send original ISO from 3 if you want to compare it with yours.... I hope that will be sorted soon
If you do need a modem to resolve this problem, where should I post it to and when could I expect it back ?

Remove CD-rom. Detect modem with dc-unlocker and write the original dashboard file you have.

Hi, yes I know I did that but I was talking about problem with unbranded dashboard when that will be fixed ? do you need the modem to fix your ISO ?

We have this modem (MF622 from 3UK) and everything works here. If you want you can send this modem and we will check. But we think it is other problem, not ISO file.

I've tried several of them and all of them are acting same way I'm uploading iso file using dc unlocker program so I don't think it's something else causing the problem. I've also tried different machines without any luck. Uploading original ISO is restoring virtual drive straight away. I can try it once again with other modem and newest dc unlocker and send it in if it still doesn't work so you can check it. Can you PM me with your address where can I send it to ?
