Sorry my fault I thought it's the firmware flash file for MF626/627 anyway i guess this dashboard doesn't work for MF622 ?

I've uploaded dashboard with no problems and it is finally visible however after I did install the software it doesn't work it looks like the drivers are not installed can you confirm that the dashboard contains also drivers for ZTE MF622 ? Anyone else tried to use the dashboard with MF622 ?

Did you uninstall the previous version of ZTE Connect if it was installed on your computer? What operating system are you using? Did you try to install drivers manually via windows device manager(they are located in /Drivers subfolder of the folder to there program was installed)?

yes I did uninstall everything I've tried it on 2 XP machines with no luck didn't try to install anything manually because it should works straight away the modems I have are for resale so it have to be just plug and play with no messing around...
