Could you tell us your username or dongle id, as well as ip adress you make connection from? Then we will be able to check more.

Your dongle has been blocked as there was detected program Hidden-AKL.exe that tried to scan our software, which is not allowed. Make sure program is turned off or uninstalled before using DC-Unlocker services again. Now unblocked you and you should be able to work with dc-unlocker again.

You can try to run seach on your explorer, or check task manager if there is such program running.

No blocks on our side for your provided data. You should check if firewall or antivirus software isn't blocking you from connecting to our server. Turn them off fore few minutes before you make a connection. Also try to connect by different method to internet if its possible or from another computer.
