zte mf60 after unlock still "Limited Service"

After I used DC - Unlocker 2 Client 1.00.1005 to unlock my telstra elite wifi modem, it still not work when plugged in other SIM card. It said limited service, can anyone help me to sort it out? Thanks!

Are you sure your new sim card from other provider is activated and working?

Yes.....petty sure those sim cards are activicated......try to plug in to difference computers, still doesn't help....

Have you tried to work with other sim card, other than one that you try now?

Have you set connection settings for connecting with new cards? Did you checked if there are no certain network selected in settings? Or "2G only" or "3G only" seleted?
