  • MF60 telstra Elite unlock failed. Maybe obvious

I think i made the error to have the locked sim in the modem while attempting to unlock. When putting in a new sim card the modem still says SIM locked. DC unlocker only recognised the modem when using the active SIM. Any help please?

No, you did not, there should be locked sim (sim from other provider) inserted at detect and unlock time.
If you can not detect, try to run dc-unlocker as administrator. Maybe this will help.

      mf60

The modem became dectable after I bought the 7 credits. i did not mention that dc unlocker did search and find the modem and said it had successfully unlocked the modem. But the SIM was still locked. I tried running as admin. No difference.

If you received message that modem successfully unlocked, it should be unlocked. What do you mean - SIM was still locked ? Please provide more details.

I have included a picture of the modem that shows "SIM lock" on its screen however, after your previous post I am pretty sure it may just be a service issue from the provider.

As it seems from detection, you have unlocked not mf60, but mf626i, maybe it was connected during unlock time to pc as well?

                DC unlocker newbee

Good day, I want to unlock my zte mf60, and I have a few questions

                1. The Mf60 is locked and I the SIM card is missing, Do I need to insert the original network provider SIM to unlock the modem?

                2. When I entered my user and password in dc locker using my account here in the forum, it says wrong username and password.

                3. I need to purchase 7 credits my username was not recognized

Thank you very much for your help in advance.

                  1. No you don't need to insert original sim card to device during unlock, you might need to insert invalid/not original one though.
                  2. Forum account is not related to account used for logging into the server. You get correct username and password when you purchase credits. You can buy them here https://www.dc-unlocker.com/buy . After making payment, check your email for server login information.
                  3. You need to select new username from the drop down list for whom you buy them and enter your wished username.
