Hi I can't find a firmware flash or update when searching in google. Unless you can direct me to a site I am going to ask for a refund or raise a paypal dispute. your software and cost of 7EUR did not deliver what it stated it would. I have spent almost 3 days on this forum trying to figure it out.

No i meant that you need to flash device/write new firmware to it as unlocking was done for it.

Hi there, I have pressed the 'reset' button on the modem now and reinserted it. Is this what you mean by 'flashing' the device?

I have checked Device Manager and under 'Ports (COM & LPT)' nothing is displayed.

Can you please just refund my money. This doesn't seem to be working at all.

No i meant that you need to flash device/write new firmware to it as unlocking was done for it.

You might want to consider flashing device as it might be the problem of all this, as unlocking does not change anything in the device just makes it available for usage with other cards. Also you haven't mentioned if it appeared under ports line in device manager.

Hi I have now tried this and I do not have a 'modems' option. However even I open Device Manager and plug the modem in, the 'portable devices' section expands and shows a D drive. When I go to My Computer the D drive isn't there. I am able to right on the D drive and I get the options such as:
'Update Driver Software'
'Disable'
'Uninstall'

I have tried 'Update Driver Software, clicked auto, it states 'the best driver software for your device is already installed' it comes up as WPD FileSystem Volume Driver.

What more can I do? I need this working as soon as I can - as I keep saying.

I'm ready to give up and ask for a refund of my 7EUR and I will try another unlock site.

No, there is no malfunction problems when you unlock on windows 8.

MF70 should appear in device manager under "Modems" line and under "Ports" Line. You can open them by clicking "+" icon next to them (if they are closed).

device does appear in dc unlocker but nothing in device manager, unless i'm not looking hard enough... can you tell me exactly where to look in device manager, the last note you left around device manager didn't have that option

Hi, I have tried this and nothing extra pops up in device manager. When I go to My Computer it doesn't appear as a CD drive with software or anything else. The laptop makes noises to indicate it plugged in/pulled out but won't show up anywhere.

Should I maybe reset the device? how can I do this? will it loose the unlock?

I need this fixed asap please

If you can not access device from web panel - http://192.168.0.1 check if it is visible by Join air unbranded connection software. Also let us know if device still appears in device manager under modems/ports lines.
