already tried and this is below the result, but my modem cant detect new sim card...please help

Could you check what connection software you are using? Is it branded (customized by provider)? With unlocked modem you need to use unbranded conenction software. You can download it here: http://www.dc-unlocker.com/downloads/open/46
Install this software, enter your new provider connection settings and it should work.

Thanks... already install but cant detect maxis provider network...

If it accept other provider sim cards, then modem is unlocked for sure. Check, if the original connection software is closed. Try to do manuall network scan. Check the sim card if it is working for sure. Try to check the connection with other provider sim card.
