Login to server via software that i provided link to earlier, it shows what activated features your dongle has.

Problem is it connect but not send and not receive data so i can't navigate.

Device does not work with original sim card? Or i misunderstood you. Settings are all set correctly? Maybe the device itself has defects?

Have you tried to test this device on another computer? Because it might as well be fault of pc that you are trying to connect from.
