Sure that you wrote dashboard from our website?
Maybe you wrote other dashbaord? Or random files?
Or maybe your modem is not compatible with this dashboard.

Sorry, we have only this dashboard. Do not have other dashboard files.

Because seems modem might not have drivers installed then. If you wrote dashboard which does not have drivers for this modem, then modem will not work on computer.
I can only suggest you to install original software and maybe then modem will be recognized by computer.

If other connection software does not see modem, then it means you cannot use this modem with that software. You need to use original modem software or another connection software.
