Fixed two MF633 BP+ Modems for a member on here, 3 days ago

Is your modem connected to the Aussie BigPond Network?

You mean dc-unlocker not detect it? Or computer does not detect it?

So the computer detects the modem and shows a CDMA network?

Is the modem unlocked?

Make sure the BP Connection Manager is turned off (no icon down near clock)
before you try to detect modem in DC-Unlocker client

Are you using a BigPond/Telstra SIM card?

when i plug into computer it shows as zte cdma technologies msm bigpond does not detect at all dc not detect

Do you see modem in device manager in ports and modems sections? Check this before detecting. Be sure you use autodetect function in dc-unlocker software and modem connection software is closed.

only as ather device it will not install drivers

If windows does not detect modem and do not install drivers, then we can not help you. This is modem problem. You can try installing the drivers manually.
