mf636 error code 84

Have just tried to unlock my zte mf636 with the new release data unlocker.
Card gets recognised ok as locked but when i try to unlock I get the error code '84' security data error.I am using the latest release software.Any hints ?

We waiting customers with this problem at live support, live support is red button on main dc-unlocker web page. Problem will fixed, but we need read data from modem.

cannot load unikey.dll

that's the problem when I try to extract the new one 249

ok got it to work need to install version 248 first but instead of running 248 exe you run 249 exe to get it to work

now it's unlocked already
