I am using ZTE QualComm Writer v13 on my Windows 8 OS. I find problem in detecting the modem. The error it says as "dongle not found", please assist me

This message is not related to your modem, this message means that there is no dc-unlocker/rocker/vygis or infinity dongle connected to pc for software to launch.

I did connect the dongle to my PC, its dashboard gets launched. But when i try to open the ZTE Qualcomm Writer software, it still says "no dongle found". Please help

I have DC unlocker installed in my PC and it is active, the dongle MF190 drivers are installed and the dongle software is open and active. Yet the ZTE Qualcomm Writer software says "no dongle found"

Again. "Dongle not found" - This message is not related to your modem, this message means that there is no dc-unlocker/rocker/vygis or infinity dongle connected to pc for software to launch.

If you do not have one of those dongles mentioned then sorry, you won't be able to launch ZTE Qualcomm writer software.
