Modem unlocked but not working

I have unlocked a Telstra ZTE MF70 modem and inserted a new SIM (sim is activated & has credit), but I still cannot get access to the Internet.
The lights on the modem are flashing blue. I disabled the diagnostic port in the dc-unlocker software and all that.
My computer detects the modem, but gets no Internet from it.

Could somebody help please?

To connect with other provider sim card you need to enter new provider connection settings- apn, username and others. Only then will be able to use modem with other provider sim.
