    Dears,

I bought it in NY, but now I want to use it with my Vodafone SIM in Spain

I have unlocked correctly the ZTE with the DC-unlocker (see above), but the ZTE is not detecting the Vodafone Network. it appears "Searching... " at the screen and nothin happens.

    Could you help me??

The Vodafone SIM is running correctly (3G-4G, ..) in other devices

    Thanks in advace

Have you set correct connection (new profile along with new apn settings) settings for new card to work with your device?

You sure that you enter correct settings fro card to function? If you are not sure contact network provider to get correct settings for it. If possible check device with another sim card.

          Hi again,

I have changed the SIM with one from MoviStar, the ZTE recognized the SIM because it asked me to insert the PIN. I created anothe APN profile (movistar.es // MOVISTAR // MOVISTAR), I marked it as default, but the final message is again "Searching..."

I have checked the ZTE with the DC-Unlocker and the message continues indicating than the ZTE is unlocked... but it doesn't connect

          Any ideas??

          Thanks a lot again!

Try to restart device by removing it's battery and check again after you put it back (keep battery removed for 20 seconds), check if device still works with its original sim card, maybe you have used "enable diagnostics port button on our software?

              Hi Valdemaras,

I did all you have explained, but the device has the same message
I'm not able to check the ZTE with the T-Mobile SIM because I'm now in Spain and the there isn't T-Mobile network here.
The roaming is disable and I didn't found the way to swicht it to enable.

              Any ideas more??

              Thanks a lot

Maybe you have used "enable diagnostics port button on our software? If you did, then you should now detect it again by dc-unlocker and click disable diagnostics port button.

                  Hi Valdemaras,

After testing the device with different SIM, carriers, and APN configurations the problem keeps!

Is it possible that the device is configured only (frequencies) to run in USA?
If it is, Do you know any way to change it?

                  Thanks a lot

Yes, there is such possibility that device works only with certain frequencies that are only supported in USA. Unfortunately if it is so, then DC-Unlocker does not have a solution for this as device might be built only specifically to work only on them.

Other forums confirming that it will not work in Europe

Your IMEI confirms you have the T-Mobile 4G Mobile Hotspot (MF61), it does not support the European bands (locked or unlocked).

It supports GSM1900 and UMTS Band IV.
It will not work in any European countries.

The Sonic is the only Mobile Hotspot that supports European bands.
                        Sorry for the bad news.

I have the same problem when I trying to connect the local sim card in China.

According to the supported frequency bands, it should work in China and I have seen the unlocked one in the local market too. However, after I unlocked mine with DC-unlocker, it is just showing "seaching"...

                            Can anyone help?

                            Thanks!
