You need to debrand this device as it is dashboard locked, debranding file available in support area website which is only accessed from the program that i gave you link to.

File location on website is in Firmwares -> Modems -> ZTE -> Icera platform -> K3770-z -> Decustomize -> File located here.

You need to flash device with file from decustomization folder. Then you'll need to install dashboard from modem's virtual cdrom after flashing it. Use your device with it, as it will be unlocked then.

Yes, correct. There is only 1 file in that directory that you need to flash your device with.
