So as i understood you were able to flash device successfully with decustomization file, and then installed mts dashboard from its virtual cdrom and it does not detect your modem. If so, uninstall both vodafone and mts dashboards from pc and then reinstall only mts dashboard from device. Also check in device manager if modem appears there correctly.

Please paste here information which you get on ZTE ICERA Firmware writer software after you have flashed your modem with decustomization file, i think it wasn't done properly, therefore it is not detected by mts dashboard.

Select decustomization file that we have metioned here earlier - MF192+_MTS_RU_EUV1.00.00.dgtk and flash your device with it. Then you'll be able to use it with other provider cards.
