MF691 not detected

I have in my hands an ZTE MF691 locked on Cosmote Romania. I have installed it and it can be seen by its software. Yet after closing the software and searching for it in DC-Unlocker software, it cannot be found.
Drivers installed, software off, tried on 2 computers (XP & 7 ) ...same thing. Any help and/or suggestions.

Probably you are trying to detect it by DC-Unlocker client. This device is detected by DC-Unlocker ZTE ICERA modems unlocker client which can be found here - https://www.dc-unlocker.com/forum/sh...ad.php?t=19934 .

That is corect, I`ve tried with normal DC-Unlocker software. Yet I cannot do it with Icera unlocer - log above. Any suggestions !?
