ZTE MF823 and MF825 Cannot be Found!

Hello,

my two ZTE LTE Modems MF823 and MF825 can't be detected by dc-unlocker as below:

Detecting modem :

selection :
manufacturer - ZTE modems
model - Auto detect (recommended)


modem not found !


Both of them are like this. Last week, i tested them in my PC and they are working well, but this week, when i plug them to my PC, it tells the ZTE WCDMA Technologies MSM driver cannot be installed. Then i have trouble to connect network via the USB Donlge.

My PC is Windows 7 (x64 bit), below is the S/N and IMEI number of them:


ZTE MF825:

IMEI: 868753010002769
S/N: 324223330052


ZTE MF823:

IMEI: 866948010097627
S/N: 324223390127

Can you help me to let the MF823 and MF825 work normally?

Maybe you have used enable diagnostic port function in dc-unlocker software?

I just run the DC-unlocker to detect, but the modem can't be found, i used the diagnostic port, it's the same result and no modem can be found.

please help.

Try to use this beta software from here to detect your modem - https://files.dc-unlocker.com/backen...B56C17020F5737
Then if you detect it go to unlocking tab and click disable diagnostics port, reconnect modem to pc and it should work again.

After you connect modem to pc it should be visible in device manager with "?" or "!" marks under other devices, then right click on one of those lines and select update driver/software from the menu. Afterwards locate directory of extracted driver folder that you have downloaded, then they should be installed.
