Im trying to unlock moderm ZTE 3570z this is the log

Yes, it is supported for unlock by dc-unlocker. Insert sim card that does not work with modem (other operators one) and redetect, then you'll get correct sim lock status. How unlocks are done for various devices by dc-unlocker check here - https://www.dc-unlocker.com/tutorials

I have followed all as you have explained but still
the same .SIM not recognised.Help me on this.
is it im suppore to redetect thats all and it will be unlocked?

You need to detect device and then unlock it, like shown in any of the videos on the provided link.
