For correct ZTE modem detection, please plug modem with invalid operator SIM inserted. Wait till software starts the modem, close ZTE software and then you can detect modem with DC-Unlocker.

01323E0C this dongle does not have activation for this software, activation is done here https://www.dc-unlocker.com/feature-activation/ . Also make sure to flash with file that is mentioned in unlocking guide of mf190u, as now it seems you have just flashed it with Airtel firmware.
