Error codes 62, 63 and 84 and unable to unlock MF91 router

Hi, I have been having problems with unlocking my MF91 router, keep getting those error codes and despite having brought 7 credits to unlock this, it will not be unlocked. Error codes are 62, 63 and 84. Detailed log below.

Restart modem, then enter username and password, then press check login. After detect modem and try unlocking. Also, be sure that you are not using same modem for internet connection at unlock time.

Thank you for your advice. I found by selecting auto detect option doesnt work and by manually selecting search option and setting the Ports application to com 4 and diagnostic to com 5 with this setting the router was able to be unlocked. :-).
