Bit of a struggle but got there. First the U Tube video is a joke. You need to be online as well as connected to your MF60 (Note I'm using Window 7 Pro) at the same time. Easy, UBS cable the MF60 with a non Telstra SIM in it and connect with another device to the internet. Ok You've paid the DC-Unlock with 7 Credits. You're good to go. Now follow the U Tube video I used Dc Unlocker Version 1.00.1005 .Password etc it will unlock and download drivers for your WI Fi connection but you will need to adjust the setting in the Telstra APN http://192.168.0.1. . I was luck to get a great girl and she did it for me . Now I'm on Optus till I go O/S . Good Luck

I'm trying to unlock my MF60 wifi modem.
1. Downloaded the DC Unlocker, free, should i buy credits to unlock?
2. Can I connect the modem with the usual USB cable which it came with? When I connect via USB and open the DC Unlocker, the software only detects COM1, and doesn't find the modem.

Please give me any suggestions. Thanks

If you can not detect modem you should check the fallowing:
Check, if the drivers are installed
Check, if the connection software for this modem is closed and modem is not connected to internet
Check, if you use autodetect function in dc-unlocker software
Check, if you use latest dc-unlocker software version.

Yes, unlocking needs 7 credits.
Try to run dc-unlocker as administrator for this modem detect.
