Help! ZTE MF91 cannot unlock the sim

many thanks for your help,

since I follow the procedure to use dc unlocker and MF91, dc unlocker cannot located the MF91. although I use menu setting and choose MF91. But cannot unlock the MF91!

any advise for help.( is the setting procedure wrong!)

If you can not detect modem you should check the fallowing:
Check, if the drivers are installed
Check, if the connection software for this modem is closed and modem is not connected to internet
Check, if you use autodetect function in dc-unlocker software
Check, if you use latest dc-unlocker software version.

Check, if the connection software for this modem is closed and modem is not connected to internet---sorry i don't understand, sorry for it!

Check, if you use autodetect function in dc-unlocker software---yes, but either I use auto detect or menu choose for MF 91. still modem cannot detect.

Check, if you use latest dc-unlocker software version.------sure.

Do you see modem in device manager under modems and ports sections?
