Can't unlock MF192

I can't unlock MF192 becouse when press "Unlock" button software swithing port mode and after this dc_ZTE_Icera_unlocker closed. I try three computers WIN XP sp3, WIN XP SP2 and WIN 7 64. Why software auto closed? I have Vygis dongle and 6 credits. Some time ago I unlock MF192 but now I get last update v.1.0026 and have problem. Anyone have old version Icera unlocker? I download v.1.0026 and rewrite my exe file and lost my last version. Maybe v.1.0026 have bugs.

I found v.1.0025 and all is OK. Unlock work.
