Zte 820d cant install

i have tired to install modem witch both packs i get from you but i dont find the modem but the.

but my computer found the modem once before I started with some of your drivers but then I bought some for getting crediter and when I bought several so did not find the computer it then hope you can help me

So how does the modem appears now in device manager?

So it seems that drivers were not installed correctly for your modem. Please right click on your device's lines in device manager and select uninstall on all of them. Then reconnect modem to pc, and repeat installation with provided driver pack. Make sure modem does not install drivers from automatic windows driver update.
