Hello! There is unlock problem with MF93D - initially, then connected to PC it's recognized as RDNIS device, disable this device in Device Manager isn't affected and there is no any other devices like modems and COM ports finded. If I use DC-Unlocker Client with "Zte modems" and "ZTE MF93" model "Detect modem" option my MF93D change mode and I can see ZTE Diagnostics Interface (COM8), ZTE NMEA Device(COM6) and ZTE Proprietary USB Modem at COM 7, but Client still can't find modem:

    model - ZTE MF93

    Selected Applications port COM6
    Selected Diagnostics port COM8

Is it possible to fix it and unlock my MF93D?

Please check if your mf93d appears in computer area under CDROMS as drive, if so, eject it from there then attempt to detect it once more, use auto detect option - do not select model manually.

Still not detected. So, in diagnostics mode I can use COM6 for terminal connection, for example there is ATI answer:
      ati
      Manufacturer: ZTE CORPORATION
      Model: MF93D
      Revision: BD_MF93DV1.0.0B02
      IMEI: 8668550XXXXXXXX
      +GCAP: +CGSM

      OK
But I can't return it to network mode without hard reset.

Note that device you try to detect should not be in use by any other software, also it can not be connected to the internet. Other connected modems or phones can cause this error - modem not detected too.

Ah, ok, solved. It's detected only without SIM card inserted, it isn't detected with invalid operator SIM inserted as described!

Were you able to unlock it without sim inside the device? Thank you for this feedback.

No, there is another problem- it's detected once and isn't detected after it, I can't return it to CD mode by AT+ZCDRUN=9 command - it still in diagnostics mode and I can't hard reset it too. But it's work as router, strange device.

The correct command is AT+ZCDRUN=F unless you've made a typo mistake here. Also you can do this by detecting device, then on unlocking tab of dc-unlocker click disable diagnostics port button.

Same result- it still in diagnostic mode and I can't hard reset it too.

If it has a removable battery try to take it off for 20 seconds, place it back. Try to detect device manually, Application from from under modems lines in properties of your device - modems tab. Diagnostics port visible under Ports line. After manuall detection try to disable diagnostics port from unlocking tab, then attempt to enter mentioned AT command.

There is'n removable battery, as I understand it's construction isn't equal with old MF91D. Is there full AT command list for dc-unlocker manual emulation (exclude paid unlock, of cause)? I think I can try to emulate step-by step dc-unlocker procedures for problem recognition.

You should check other program like HyperTerminal for communicating with your device too and see if it gives same/different results.

Yes, sure, as write before I can use Putty and I can connect to device over COM7 or COM6 and it's answer to simple commands like ATI or AT+ZSEC? and etc, but there is no any information about full AT commands list for MF93 or AT commads, which used by dc-unlocker. It can help fix step, that block unlocking process (for example different parameter or some else).

DC-Unlocker does not have special AT command set of its own if thats what you ask. The only way to disable is by the command that you've tried earlier or by using disable diagnostics port button in unlocking tab. Try to set different application port for detecting device, use one from under ports line. Attempt to return device to its previous state afterwards.
