my zte blade displays a black screen with a white line below

hello everyone I'm almost déspérer with my mobile phone zte blade since I am attempting to update and complete these steps it goes off and when I turn I see a black screen with a white line at below I came to do anything with this problem please help if there is a solution and thank you very much.

Sorry, we do not fix device issues. Attempt to restart the phone by removing it's battery for 30 seconds.
