Yes i tried it 10 times and each time restarted it but same, still showing network locked.

Then please reastart it again now by removing battery and connecting it back, then detect again and repeat unlock.

Do you restart it in this way: After you see a message that modem is successfully unlocked, disconnect device from USB cable, turn it off, remove battery from it for 5 seconds then place it back.
Also, is there not original sim inserted to device at detect and unlock time?

After successfully unlocked device can restart by self and then result is same and i did it same as u explain but still locked.

I have just created an account to share my experience and help others.
I also have problems installing the drivers for this device. But I've found this setup in English which can help many people.
You just need to install it and all problems are gone Hope it helps someone...
