Open dc-unlocker software, Select manufacturer and model manually this time. Write in Application field port that you see in mentioned location in Diagnostics COM47 then try to detect it. If it won't be detected Download : dc-unlocker_client-1.00.1057 https://www.dc-unlocker.com/downloads and detect with it by same method.

It is still locked because you haven't read the guide that i gave earlier. You can see at the end of the guide that device restart/reset is necessary to complete procedure.

Yes, you must do it as well. Note that you might get negative process message on dc-unlocker, but after it disconnect device and restart it, then check if it works.
