I reset my PC and the ZTE modem. Now it tells me
    modem not found.
I am logged in as administrator

If you can not detect modem, check this:
Make sure all drivers are installed.
Make sure modems connection software is installed, but not running. (if there is one)
Use Autodetect on DC-unlocker “select model” line.
Make sure modem is not connected to internet.

You did not understand. Are you able to log into server from server tab on DC-unlocker software when device which you try to detect is not connected to pc?

I have finally successfully unlocked the device and set APN .
Thank you so much for your help.
I tried between using my desktop PC and my laptop.
Also the device must be connected by usb lead direct to the mainboard at rear of pc or laptop.
Other port's don't seem to work
