Then yo ushould check if you pc clean from other zte modem drivers as they might cause errors during update process. Try other pc if you have this possibility, make sure you modem is hardware unlocked first before flashing otherwise it won't work.

MF190S is Hardware locked, if you could not unlock it from given link like shown there, then you won't be able to flash it.

Sorry we do not have a specific guide for MF190S, unlock modems hardware first with provided guide below, then try to flash it, otherwise flashign won't work.
