ZTE T28 unlock failed

Hi,

I am trying to unlock a ZTE T28.
It didn't seem to work.

Selected "ZTE phones" and "_Unknown ZTE Android phone_".
Under the Unlocking menu, there is an option to "Generate Unlock code by IMEI".
Entered in the IMEI of the phone and received an unlock code, using 4 credits.

The generated unlock code failed to unlock the phone and used up 4 credits.

Confirmed I had the correct IMEI.

Have I blown my credits?
Any suggestions?

Sorry, but without direct unlock we won't be able to check more about what you did with your credits specificly just from imei, therefore refund is not possible at this moment, unless you can detect phone on dc-unlocker and post here whats detected.
