Credit Gone Modem Still Locked

Hi Team,

I tried unlocking my ZTE MF190. The Software syas "Modem successfully unlocked" and credit was taken while my modem is still locked. Please do the needful and hep me unlocking my modem. Please find log below.

For correct ZTE modem detection, please plug modem with invalid operator SIM inserted. Wait till software starts the modem, close ZTE software and then you can detect modem with DC-Unlocker.

You can not unlock MF190 docomo with dc-unlocker client, how to unlock it check here - https://www.dc-unlocker.com/forum/sh...ad.php?t=20332. Credits were added back to your account.

ZTE Qualcomm Writer not coming up

when I started ZTE Qualcomm writer, it says dongle not found and on clicking ok it is closed again. Please help me further.

Please read information in the link that i gave. There must be connected dc-unlocker/rocker/vygis or infinity dongle to pc, otherwise software won't launch. If you do not have any of those dongles, then sorry, but you won't be able to unlock your modem. In case you need a refund for credits that you've purchased and do not plan to use them for unlocking other device, let us know.

I am not having any of the required dongles and therefore I will not be able to use this.

Please let me know if there is any other workaround. if not, please support by processing the refund.
