Problem with unlocking vodafone k4201-z

1-i insert the flash with different sim
2-installed software
3-start dc unlocker as adminstrator
4-zte modem> auto decet
5-start searching then write enable zte driver
6-modem not found
7-take modem in and out and didnt found its drivers as in image
please help me as fast as you can


used windows 8.1 on windows 7 modem was not found

Right click on those lines with "!" mark of your device, then select update software/driver, locate directory of installed software from modem, select it, then it should be installed correctly. Afterwards try to detect it.

this modem comes with vodafone mobile broadband 10.3.401
this program don't have drivers for modem ports
it only have driver for NDIS network card that is read by computer by default

Try to download MF190 drivers from our support area website which is accessed from dc-unlocker software's "about" tab. Install them and then try to apply them for your modem.

I managed to make windows read the modem
but when unlocking
the program give me error as this

when the dc-unlocker will be capable of unlocking this modem??

Unfortunately but this firmware that your device runs is customized and not yet supported by dc-unlocker at the moment, maybe someday in future, no exact date. Currently we do not have solution to this problem.
