Commands are sent to the port and the port responds. Means the port is working. May be necessary to add a new port in DC Unlocker search or edit port ZTE modems? All program managers are disabled, the port is free. I can not understand what the problem is.

Please open device manager and check there if you can see your modem under "Modems" and under "Ports" lines, if it does not appear under one of them it might be a reason why you can't detect it, make sure to eject drive/cdrom of your modem if its visible in computer area.

CD ROM is switched-off, drivers stand. I work long ago with modems and I use your program constantly. You the best.

I see a problem in that that the program can't find port, but port found on a hyperterminal and he answers. Everything turns out works. At a manual choice of ports the program can't define the modem.

I checked on XP WIN7 on 3 computers.

So how it does appear under ports line in device manager? Are there two lines visible under ports that belongs to your modem or only one? can you see it under Modems line or under network adapters?

Try to disable your modem from network adapters if any line belongs to it there, also check if mf823 is not visible under Modems line as well, application port usually appears there for the modems.
