is possible to unlock zte z740 android phone?

Pressing volume down + power it go in FTM mode but i can't find drivers for read info.

i formated pc,
now only one com port detected,
application port not exist, now it is installed and called "Handset adb interface"
so phone not detected for send log to support.

Please need good drivers, i used all zte drivers from support but can't detect application port
