ZTE MF823 web interface after using DC-UNLOCKER .

I can no longer access ZTE MF823 web interface using (192.168.0.1) after i unlocked it using DC-UNLOCKER . Can any body tell me why this happened and if there is any thing i can do to fix this. knowing that the version i have is Telstra and i can still see the device in the device manager .

Detect modem on DC-Unlocker, in unlocking tab click disable diagnostics port button, then reconnect modem to pc to solve this problem.

i tried that and it didn't work but i found this code (AT+ZCDRUN=F) and it did the trick .
