Hi All, I would like to get some assistance as i have successfuly unlocked my MF93D last night using dc-unlocker by auto-detecting it as MF93. But the problem i noticed is that it cannot register on the 4g signal (2100mhz) and would be successful using 3g. As my brother's locked MF93D can register on the 4g signal on the same premises. The procedure i did was straight forward as follows: turn the pc on. login to the os. open dc-unlocker. turn on the mf93d device with diiff sim card connect the mf9e3d to the pc. login dc-unlocker to the server. select zte from dc-unlocker and auto for model type. click on the magnifying glass icon. device was detected and com ports are detected. selected unlock tab click on unlock button device was patched by dc-unlocker restarted mf93d invalid sim card now detected. turned mf93d and replacing the sim card with the original one.. turned mf93d and set for 4g. No signal and limited access was being displayed. set device to auto but detected 3g instead. Upto now it is still on 3g even if the 4g subscription is valid upto the end of august. Would appreciate assistance on the encountered difficulty. Thank you very much.

Hello, try to disable diagnostics port from dc-unlocker unlocking tab after detecting your device, otherwise refer to device troubleshooting for connectivity. Make sure frequency of this service is supported by the device as well. -
will i still be required credits to perform the disable diagnostics port function? do i have to perform the unlock procedure again?

No credits required to perform it. Unlocking it again wont be necessary.Comment
