MF60 (Telstra Elite)

Trying to unlock a Telstra Elite branded ZTE MF60. Have downloaded the USB drivers but the interface is all in the Chinese language. I clicked on buttons I thought were correct but DC Unlocker is unable to detect the wifi modem.

1. How can I get the drivers with an English interface?

2. There was a post in 2011 saying the Telstra Elite could not be unlocked. Is this still the case or can the latest DC Unlocker unlock the modem?

It is supported and unlockable. If you can not detect modem, check this:
Make sure all drivers are installed.
Make sure modems connection software is installed, but not running. (if there is one)
Use Autodetect on DC-unlocker “select model” line.
Make sure modem is not connected to internet.
